Default Leather seat re-finishing A+

I've just spent a couple of hours re connolising the front seats in my coupe, what an improvement!
I bought a kit from www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/ and it really works well.

The drivers seat was suffering wear on the bolster and the cushion. I followed the instructions and the seats now look like new.

The pictures aren't brilliant but you get the idea.

I should have got some filler, that would have covered up the cracks you can still see, but it's 100x better than it was.
If your seats are shabby it's worth spending the time and the little money it costs.

A big improvement.
I've used Gliptone and other members have used Leatherique kits. Both gave good results. There's been good reports of the Furniture Clinic kit in the UK press so it's useful to see the results are equally impressive.

Contacted these people yesterday and they could not be more helpful. It seems they have an entire section for the various Jaguar leather colors, covering just about all years. They do ship to the U.S., so I am going to order a kit today.

Foton, the airbrush that came with the kit was a bit poop, I used an old one I had in the garage, other than that I think you'll do just fine. It was easy and very affective, if you've got deep cracks in the leather make sure you get some filler.

Let us know how you get on

Best of luck
