I had to add freon to my 2006 XKR and looked on the forum for its location and found really strange advice. One said it was on the compressor, another thread said behind the right tire and showed pictures of a tire. I don't know what all that was about. I found it by looking at jaguar schematics. Here are two pictures I took to make it easy. It is on the passenger side firewall, its right behind where the extensions off the intake channel between the air filter and throttle body. Its really hard to see and just as hard to access to attach the fitting because there is very little clearance. Just thought someone else might need to find it.. The high pressure service port is on the same side at the front of the car and easy to find. Naturally the engineers put the one a non mechanic might use where its hard to find and to get your hand on it.
