That's a 67 or earlier. I wouldn't be scared away by one of these being submersed. Simplistic car.

1Rnnnn is series II. Rocker switches & no separate push start. Ribbed cam covers...

 

It is a BITSA but the water damage would not scare me away if the price is right. The S1 bonnet in good condition might pay for a lot of it--but then you need an S2 bonnet.

Not at all:- I was just curious about what the water had done. I've been drooling over the E-type pretty much since I stopped dribbling baby food.

 

Same affliction. Motive here is to ensure that someone else bids high enough that i will not be tempted.
