Hello! I'm a new forum member from Virginia!
I don't have a Jaguar yet. My dad has an X-Type. I'd like to get an XK8 coupe to work with him on as a project car. We both have basic mechanical skills and tools. I'm an electrical engineer, so I'd like to think I can work with the electronics.
Any advice would be appreciated!

Being an electrical engineer will certainly come in handy. These cars are very sensitive to electrical problems. Once sorted, they are very reliable and almost too much fun.

 

I've been browsing the forum for a few weeks now - it seems like the best source for info and advice anywhere.

 

Anywhere, any brand- this place has EVERYTHING.
