loose dash panel under steering wheel

loose dash panel under steering wheel
I noticed that my lower dash panel seems loose when I open the sunglass storage compartment. it looks like when I pull the storage lid to open it the top of this panel moves out. I would like to take this panel off and check it to see why the top part of it is not secure. Any advise on how to get this panel out??
