Hello guys;

My rear overhead console (next to the rear view mirror) was looking a bit loose, and when I messed with it a bit, the rear tab broke off. I can get the front two tabs to engage, but it's still loose, doesn't look very good and a good bump will bring the sucker down and it will dangle from its wires.

Has anyone found a way to ensure a nice, tight fit for the overhead console? Anyone else ever broken a tab off and found a workaround?

I had a similar problem on a Mark 2 years back. It was the main console, not overhead. But I fixed it by using a "super" velcro tape. Never popped out, only when needed. If there's enough room inside the offending part, it might be worth a try.
