Hi chaps,

Had to unplug the battery to reset the radio as it was shorted-on in my XKR after the far too small cup holders launched a cup of lemonade all over the centre console after some plonker almost crashed into me. AC (Living in Houston, thank god) works, but Satnav won't let me start it after pushing 'enter', it plain does not respond.

Only problem with the radio is that I need the code and the thieving gits over at the dealership want 150 to release the code to me after bringing it to their ***********.

Any pro tips on how to get my baby working again?

 

Sorry about the spill and I can't help with the code, but are you sure you need it? The US cars typically don't need the radio reset code with just a battery disconnect. Even in Texas.
