Default Low coolant message/check engine light issue

While driving yesterday, the Low Coolant Level message appeared twice. All water pump, coolant tower, hoses and course, coolant was totally replaced about four months ago. The message only happened when coming to a stop on a slight downward incline. I could not check it right away but waited for it the cool down and the overflow tank was full as I expected.

What electrical gremlin should I be looking into that may be throwing a code?

Could be the coolant level float is restricted in its travel up and down movement. I tried using a crooked wire to move the float up and down, it help temporarily, but just replace the tank with an A/M one. Good for 3 + years now.

The black tank at the top is the expansion tank. The overflow tank is behind the plastic liner on the RH front wheel.
If the overflow tank is low then the water does not suck back as the engine cools and you "loose water" and the WL comes on . ( should be 1/2 full)

Iwas unaware of the overflow tank. Is it still on the RH wheel area for US car? Is it obvious or do I have to remove panel/liner to gain access?

I have not been out yet to look at the car but do you access from under the hood or from outside wheel well? Had a late start this morning. Thanks for your help.

The tank is accessed by removing the R.F. wheel and Fender liner. You will see it once the liner is removed. Ones who have replace their upper mounts have seen it. :-)

Oh, wow. Is it worth checking/adding at this point or wait until I am having wheels rotated/removed for some reason?
