Default MAP Sensor P0107 Fault

My 2001 XKR is throwing a P0107 code after doing a fairly major amount of work replacing the tensioners, heater hoses, etc.
The code was cleared but came back shortly afterwards. There are no other codes. My scanner shows a fixed pressure value while the engine is running. I replaced the sensor and the problem still exists.

I removed the plug and checked the voltage on the 3 pins, and found that I am reading ~ 5V between the ground pin and BOTH of the other pins. (See photos). Is this an indication of a bad ECU?

Left to Center Pin

Left to Right Pin
Thanks

Jim - can you confirm that DTC?

P0107 shows as BARO circuit low voltage

So that is a P0105 not a P0107, but it is indeed the MAP sensor. There are a couple of other thing listed to check:-

To answer your specific question about reading 5V on the input pin to the ECU - I don't think that means anything as I doubt if that pin is left floating if unconnected and you are testing it with a high impedance multimeter - someone else might know differently as I have never tried this myself. I have always tested the other way, at the ECU harness connection to test wiring continuity to the sensor.

A better test would be to reconnect your MAP sensor and back probe the sensor connection/ground with your multimeter on volts and see if you get any kind of sensible value that changes with engine revs. Even better if you have a scanner that can show you live data from the MAP sensor - is that your second image?

And one last thing, a test lamp is a much better tool when checking for power & ground compared to a multimeter.
