I just installed a new battery after a hard reset. All looking good with no warning lights or trouble codes.
I've noticed that the mileometer/info display is slowly flashing while the mileage is displayed. Is this anything to do with the various modules "learning" after the hard reset?

 

Mine has never done that after changing the battery. Have you tried another hard reset?

 

I would check the battery grounds....

 

Ok. I checked them all before putting the new battery in and they were all tight against the inner boot. The terminal connectors were degreased and nipped up tight. I'll take it for a road test tomorrow (nor had time yet) and see what transpires
