Out of all of them, the only ones that I like are around the radio and door latches. All of the others just look like they have been stuck on (which they have!) and just don't belong. There are far better wood inserts for the door card tops that cover the whole of the top strip and actually look like they are factory fitted. Anything else just cheapens the car.

I would like a kit that includes the wood around the radio and the wood at the door handles and that would be enough for me. I think the door handle ones are available but price is ridiculously expensive (at least for me). Not sure where or if the radio one is available.

I did a more extensive kit on my old Chrysler Pacifica and it really made the interior look luxurious. It was relatively inexpensive, matched the oem fake wood perfectly, and was very rich looking. If you like it, go for it

I'd like the trim around the center console controls, any idea where this can be purchased?

Sorry, but I'm not finding the link for the wood kits.
Anybody?

There are many companies that do this type of trim kit. I grabbed the first one I saw on ebay below. As stated in my previous post, I used one years ago on my Pacifica and it was just beautiful and has held up perfectly through 200,000 miles of driving and 12 years. Color match was perfect and indistinguishable from factory.

Jandreu;

It was either $20,000 or $200.00. I chose the more sensible $200.00 Land Yacht. Painted it in my driveway. $80.00 for the wheels. My wife said, ''A new headliner and AC'', and she'll actually be seen in it. Absolutely every time I drive it I have to add 30 minutes talk time for every time I stop.
Yesterday at the carwash a young man of 20ish went totally bonkers over it. He'd never seen a car like that. Asked me what it is. 30 minutes later a man stopped me at the grocery and we talk,,,yes,,,30 minutes. Fellow was in a beat-up rusted out 1980 Dodge pick-up with a sleeper 360 in it he uses to dump new Ford F150s. He's also got a Twin-Turbo 426 at home with $15,000.00 in it.
The wagon is definitely the Coolest car in town, I'm told. Out does all the Lamborghinis and Ferraris driven by the local Microsoft zillionaires.
Sorry about the thread hijack about the cheapest Musclecar money can buy.

This is a $100 kit of eBay. I too only like the radio and AC. Since they give you the option the get any color, I'd choose something closer to piano black. I think it would really update the controls

So... they went to the trouble of doing the shifter gate, with the range markings, but couldn't find it worthwhile to do the surround?

So tackiness does have boundaries, praise be, shame it didn't kick in sooner!

I did stumble across a company that sells both a "complete" kit as well as a "small" kit:

Bitrim - Wood Dash Kits, Molded Dash Kits, Wood Steering Wheels, Chrome Rocker Panels and more by B&I

I sent an email asking them how much the small kit would be for my car.
