My car hates me!

My car hates me!
Ok, so I got orders and towed my 97' on a dolly from Utah to Missouri. During the trip the trip the tie down straps split and I used my own strap to limp to the next exit for the night. We got the straps swapped and this was the first time she didn't want to start. It took a while but it eventually did. I let the car run & warm up, put her back on the dolly, disconnected the drive shaft and off we went again. Got to Missouri and the same bit she wouldn't fire up. So I figured it flooded again, so I engaged the e-brake & pulled the truck forward to get the car off the dolly. Went to PA for 3 weeks and let her sit. Now here I am week 2 now and she still won't fire up. I had her flood before & after I checked the timing assy & everything was fine put her back together and she fired right up. This time not so lucky. I've had the plugs out 4 times, let it sit for a day or two and try again. This last time I dripped a small amount of oil into the cylinders let it sit, throw her back together & same result turn all day no fire. I've lost count of how many times i've done the no start procedure cycle. For S&G's I changed out the plugs an not even a chug. It has spark, fuel, etc. I have 10 days until I leave for Korea & need this thing to show some life. It ran perfectly fine when we put it on the dolly, I guess she hates me for towing her!! Any ideas? maybe I missed something?

It sounds like it could be a fuel issue. Have you put a gauge on the schrader valve on the fuel rail to see if you have pressure? You can also try spraying some starting fluid into the throttle body to see if it starts temporarily. If it starts with the starting fluid then I think it's pretty definitely a fuel flow problem.

It sounds like the Nikasil cylinder washing. Attached are a few links that might help, one thing you need to do is first check for fuel and spark. If you have both consider reading the no start link.

No. I can't even get it to chug again. I'm going to pull the plugs back out, let it sit a few days and start from scratch. If I can't get anything from it, i'll prep it for storage and try again in 6-8 months. If nothing then at the end of my year tour i'll pull the motor and tear into it as I do some body work. I'm just on my last nerve & PO'd because it ran and was at operating temp when we put it on the dolly to tow it. Now since getting it off the dolly I get a dead car.

Knob Noster! My wife and I stopped there on our big road trip out west a couple of months ago. Her sister lives there. She's the produce manager at the commissary on base. (By the way, my wife looks nothing like her sister. My wife is way hotter. Not that there's anything wrong with her sister, I just think they had different dads or something. LOL!)
