I just bought a 2001 XKR Silverstone. the Nav dvd is from 1998 and is horribly outdated. Does any know what the latest version is that will work in the car? I heard the 2004 (copyright 2003) is the latest that will work)

 

you are correct the part number ends with F my guess is u have the B version. The maps are from 2003 on the F version and that was the latest produced by Jaguar/NavTeq. Copies are available on eBay for $30. If you cant find any just PM me

Well I received the 2002/2003 version Part Number 1X43 10E898 BC and I get an error code when I try to use it. Any idea what the last version is that will work in my 2001 Alpine GPS system (XKR)?

Nice Silverstone, with only 12,000 miles, I've got one with 80,000. I'm located in the Quad Cities about a hundred fifty miles from you. Our local club do some runs up to the Rockford area at times. I would love to see your car sometime, just to compare notes.
