The P0121 code is addressed by Jaguar on a TSB for your year car. It seems that the Throttle Body electrical plugs were not compatible and need to be replaced. In most cases it can be cured by cleaning and a tight fit. You can clean it by using CRC contact cleaner and check that they are tight fit. I also use a little CRC Di-electric grease to eliminate moisture and other elements. Go to this link to see the plug and the process TBoddy I hope this helps!
