I agree with you BRG. When you give them your VIN, your year and model and you have them pull up a picture on the net, and they can't get it right! They are supposed to be the professionals, not us.
When I bought my car and went to pick it up in Florida, the dealer was nice enough to tell me that they had rotated my tires for me. Front to Back!! They felt really foolish when I explained to them that you can't do that with staggered tire sizes.
Then my local dealer put in a new MAP Sensor. Determined that ,that was the problem with my vehicle, and then reinstalled the bad one. I stopped at the local parts store ,bought one and swapped it myself. You wonder why I don't have much faith in them? Thank God for the knowledge on this forum.
