Default My recent acquired 2005 XKR Coupe

Hi Guys,
Just recently joined the forum, so I am fairly new here.
Allow me to post a photograph of my new baby and showing her from her most beautiful angle.
Mmm, I love it !
Still waiting for her to be delivered by the dealer and to be honest, I can`t wait.!
This is my first Jaguar and I believe I have not choosen the most ugliest one...
Cheers

Very, very nice. Nothing beats the lines of the coupe.

Welcome to the car, the club and this forum. I acquired my coupe just seven months ago, and this group has been invaluable to me. It has made my ownership of the car possible, to be sure.

Best of luck to you and your new baby.

xkrjag;

Sweet!!

The Coupe does have great lines from that angle.

Nice color too.

The guys on here are great and can help keep you out of trouble and help you if you can't stay out of trouble.

Let me invite you to the Loire Valley-Bordeaux rallye this summer....dates and route to be determined.

(I think a guy in Boston has the same Avatar name as you do)

cheers,

jj

Very nice, congrats (and welcome to the forum). You don't see many recent XKs in that colour. Can I suggest you do Sam's antenna delete mod to avoid driving around with a 40 foot high telegraph pole on your rear wing? I did the mod about 10 months ago and I don't think I have raised the antenna once in all that time (rarely listen to the radio).

She looks beautiful. Nice colour and I like the twin exhausts.I am sure you will have loads of fun and you will find the noise from that supercharger is very addictive!

You don't see many recent XKs in that colour. There are 2 here NOW...both are Coupes,,, only 584 XKR coupes made in 2005

I actually do not mind it... works perfectly and I don't see it when I am driving...

Thanks for the welcome Da Count
I`ve read a good one the other day... When you have a breakdown on the interstate, people are still looking jealous at ya....lol.
I think the different wheels are a good excuse to purchase a nearly similar jag..... Sorry for you, you missed it.
Cheers,

Nothing. Well, except a convertible with the top down!

I agree though, without a doubt the coupe looks great. The convertible with the top up doesn't look anywhere near as nice.

Grats on the coupe! That is pretty.
