Mystery screws?

Mystery screws?
Hi all,
Not as bad as it sounds, I was going to give my ECU a nice clean up as I had a spuriouse DTC come up, well looking at the screws that clamp the two halfs of the ECU container together it appears that they are a Jaguar SPECIAL just to stop us doing what we like best, Tinkering. My question is are they quarter turn fastners or full screw out type as two of my four will not turn at all and the other two turn about one and a bit.
The lid is still clamped tight so I cannot tell if I am doing it right and I dont want to screw merrily away and nadger up the threads, so if anyone can steer me in the correct direction it would be nice.

I used to run into those torx screws with the pin in the middle quite a bit. They are used on the covers of tamper switches on sprinkler systems. I discovered that on the smaller screws, you can simply wedge a small screwdriver into the screw head and break off the little pin. Then you can use a regular torx bit. On the larger screws you can wedge a screwdriver in between the pin and the edge of the torx hole and unscrew the screw with a screwdriver.

Thanks chaps,
I have managed to remove one (with security bit) mine do not have a hole in the middle and the unscrew side of the raised triangle are shamfored so that they are a right so and so to get a purchase on (and they are locktighted in for good measure) so one down three to go. once again thank you

All sorted,
I had to drill the head off of one (the awkward one at the back of course) and the others came out with a bit of a struggle, and guess what the four screws under the cover are the same.
Still as mentioned managed to remove them opened up my ECU, lovely as the day it left the factory inside no leaking capacitors so just cleaned up connectors and replaced it all but replaced screws with conventional heads (for next time).
So thank you all for your suggestions.
