Hi All. I am installing the Bluetooth phone kit from Discountstereo.com. It shows getting power and ground from the Jag phone connector but the listing they give doesn't match any of the colors on the connectors in the center console area. My question is, is the circled empty connector in the picture the phone connector? 2000 XK8.

 

The Radio Telephone electrical guide wiring on figure 17.1 has the in/out and colors/connectors info.

I did this list of the early (white) and later (yellow) telephone socket pinouts when I was fitting a Parrot BT to the 2001:

The socket changeover from 10-Way to 14-Way was around 2000.

For some reason, my XK8 does not have that yellow connector. The only unused connector in my center console is the 10 pin white one I outlined in the photo. Also, I checked your pinout guide and none of my connectors match the color coding. Strange.
