Depends on whether you have powerwash or not. It's a clip on cover for the headlamp washer or a blank for non powerwash.

Graham,
I am not sure.
I donot have lamp washers, but I have water squirting from that hole.
Does blank cover also plug hose for windscreen washers?

If you have water squirting from that point you must have headlamp washers , plus if that section is missing it's the cover for the washers ,
on a non washer headlamp that part is moulded as one piece to the glass lens and is a integral part ,

Hope this helps ,

Nik

You need to determine exactly what is fitted and what is missing. The headlamp powerwash components are:

Rather than repair them, owners often disconnect the feed pipe or remove it entirely when the wash unit fails.

Does this mean if I have a cover that can pop off on a pot hole that I must have the lens washer system on a 2005 XKR, since it is not integrally moulded to the headlamp lens? Do you know how it is attached? Do you just push it in, or is it glued or what?
