Default Need to verify OEM Wheel number

Had an incident and damaged front wheel. It's the 7 spoke 18 x 8 painted which I think is original equipment number MJA6118AC. I have come across a few on the net with the number 59690 or ALY59690U10.
Some say it is my wheel and some say it is only for through 1999. I believe base original had a 17" and both 18" as I have was an option.
Don't want to order and get aced on "almost right"!
Knowledgeable input appreciated.

Thanks;

Dave

A photo of your wheels would help to ID it.

Sounds like the Fluted or "Jaguar Sport" wheels like mine:

I can't help you with the numbers though.

I have been researching the 17 and 18 inch wheel sizes (contemplating moving my 2000 coupe to the larger rim).

I came across this useful post. It may help you identify what you need.
OurJaguarXK8.blogspot.com: Factory Wheels for Jaguar XK8/XKR 1997-2006

Good luck! Robert.

Issue solved. New wheel on the way.
Found it in very nice condition for 120 plus shipping including wheel packing box from All Star Imports in Kennedale Texas. They sent high res pic and explained how they verify it is the right fit. Found them from the national used parts search engine from the non OEM thread sticky on this forum.
Hopefully I'm back on the road by the 4th! It all started from my making a choice between some speeding texting driver swerving into my right side or me hitting the median curb. Blew two tires (one new, one still fine), one rim, knocked the dust cover loose from front well, and totally messed up my day. At least no other damage.

Default Add a matching tire

Well, here is another hopefully useful bit.

When replacing a faulty tire, you may want to match the remaining set on the car. Mixing one brand-spanking-new tire with three half-used ones could offend your sense of propriety (and handling).

After my wife busted a wheel on her Mercedes, I found Champ Tires. See this link: champtires

They will sell you a used tire with exactly the specified thread depth. I can fully recommend their offering: the tire arrived precisely as specified, in great condition, delivered in one day from Pittsburgh to New Jersey.

They only carry high-end tire brands; depending on what you have now, you may or may not find a match. And, of course, you need to know how to determine thread depth on the existing set.
