Default New cat in town

I'm collecting my 97 XK8 coupe on monday, cant wait to drive it!!!

She's painted in British Racing Green with cream interior and looks gorgeous.
Has 110k miles with a thick history file which includes recent tensioners, gearbox oil, compression check and the usual maintenance. Only faults are interior autodim mirror gone, right external one doesnt close automatically and roof slightly sagging. Could i replace the autodim interior mirror with a standard one?

Her previous owner has pampered it for the last 16 years and kept her always garaged, used mainly for long distance touring.

Next week I'll change oil and filter and check if there is anything else to be done.
Would you recomend changing waterpump and t-stat right away or should i look for any symptoms first. Any other things I should be taking care of?

Lets hope that she will last in good shape for many miles to come!

At 19 years and 110k I'd change the coolant hoses, water pump, t-stat and housing just to be proactive. The parts aren't that expensive and better than an overheated engine on the side of the road somewhere. At that mileage I'd expect the original Denso coils to start failing also unless already replaced. Also the serpentine tensioner pulley, stationary pulley and belt while changing the water pump.
