New power window challenge.
Searched numerous links, but did not find any solutions for this.
Please help.
The passenger side window on my 2003 XKR convertible goes down fully,
but only goes up half way. This happens with both the master switch,
as well as, the passenger-side switch. Any thoughts on a fix?
Thanks for your feedback.

It sounds like something jamming it and the safety mechanism is stopping it.
Take a good look in the channels and give them a clean, you may have to take the door card off to see if there is anything in there.

Hi.
First you have to figure out if it is a mechanical or an electrical problem. When the window gets stuck, can you pull and wiggle it up? If so, it is mechanical. When the window starts moving from its lowest position, does it go straight up or tend to lean forward or backward? Again, mechanical. Does it make weird noises when moving? Mechanical.
It could also be the module controlling window movement. electrical. I assume you have a good battery and have reset the window correct.
Anyway you should start by taking off the door card. Follow the procedure in FAQ section. Be careful not to break the fasteners. Check all adjusting nuts. There are many. In my case it was the nut adjusting fore/aft tilt that had worked lose making the window stuck. You may also have to check mechanical linkage and guide rails.
