Thumbs down No power to CD - Fuse?

The CD changer in the trunk of my 2004 XK8 will not eject cartridge and does not seem to be powered. Don't see a fuse listed in the fuse charts - is it paired with another source that is fused?

If you're just trying to remove the cartridge, you shouldn't need power. I believe it is spring loaded? It can get stuck (mine did).

A little patience and a thin screwdriver to assist freed mine.

I found that when mine gets stuck once in a while, if I press the eject button back and down hard enough , I hear that good old click and the release mechanism starts. Hope it works for you.

Smile Sucess with CD Player

Thanks guys! After a few minutes of fiddling, the cartridge popped out and when reloaded, it works and sounds great. Thanks again!
