No power to OBDII socket
RESOLVED!
After yesterday's battery problem/replacement I'm not getting any connection to the OBD socket. Neither of my scanners can make a connection to the car. The 5amp fuse in the LH fascia panel is ok. The car runs fine otherwise and no warning lamps. I tried to wade through the wiring diagram but couldn't find any reference to this socket.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated as I really must be able to check for codes.

Sam,
If you have the wiring diagram, look for DLC (Data Link Connector) in the index. That's what Jaguar calls the OBD socket. For my 1997 car, it's "Fig 19.1" on page 67 but may be different for your (later) model. - right at the end in the CAN Network connections page.
Also - check both fuse 6 and fuse 8 in the RIGHT side fuse box. Wiring diagram (01.2) seems to suggest that there was a change at vin 003300 But ........ mine's a UK model so references in the diagram to right side may be left side for US models.
Cheers,
David.

I had stupidly failed to note that there are actually TWO 5A OBD fuses. Of course the "other one" was bad. All is well and this PJO* is happy again.
