Ok, cleaning car today, pulled cover over the brake booster off. Looked in and realized one line for thew wiper washers was undone and laying there, you can see it on top of the brake booster resivor, the other line above it. The motor works, the thing is full, but I get nothing at the wipers. There is a line coming in the brake booster area from wheel well. That lines appears to go directly to the pass wiper, this other line seems to go directly to the drivers wiper. On the end of the line in pic there is a hard plastic pc on it, like it came off a T or something. Any idea's?

 

you need to remove the wipers and the panel under the wiper to get to the hoses and fittings to see what ius wrong
