I replaced my sending unit from the trunk.

i seen that also but my access to the pump/sender is on top of the tank and the tank needs to come forward about 6 to 8 inch. to get to.. trying to think of a way to do it with out taking the gas tank out... but i don't think it's going to happen tks tony

Check out the post on fuel pump access-you may be able to access the sender unit the same way...it involves cutting through the metal, but it saves you from having to move the tank
