Mine is a 2000 XK8. How do I check the trans fluid level?

 

Hi Mag, not easy. from what I understand; trans temp needs to be warm after shift into and out od Drive/ reverse. .Vehicle will need to be on a lift or level. Undo fill plug. Fluid should dribble out just a bit. In other words, no stick, to stick.
