Not a biggy per se, but...

If I were you I'd just let dry up and go away. If you open up the headlight there is a very real risk you'll touch the reflector and the silvering WILL come off, it is incredibly thin. I did this myself, and of course every time you look at your car you'll see the eveidence. The replacement reflector cost me over $200.00 so be warned, I'd let dead insects lie!

If you can manage to get the headlight out, the glass lens separated from the rear plastic housing pretty easily. There isn't any adhesive, just clips and a gasket in between. You could then 'blow' out the bug and debris...but as stated, do not try to wipe clean or even touch the chrome part. You probably are missing the clear access cover on top of the headlamp for that bug to get inside.
Getting the lamp out isn't easy. There are two bolts up top and one buried deep under the light that you can reach through the wheelwell inner liner panel. Wiggling the light out after that requires you to slide off the washing jet assembly. Hard to describe, but if you light up bottom of the light, you will see how that assembly is snapped into place and how it can be released so that the light can fit through the opening.
