P1367-Restricted Performance-Missfire-ECU defect
Hi,
since i have been searching around for some time on my XK8 ( 1996) regarding restricted engine performance , misfire etc. and got many suggestions from some of you , finally one threat in this wonderful forum linked my to a possible compensator problem in my ECU. I opened it , and one condenser was leaking and finally destroyed some lines on the platine. Which is also the explanation why this failure came intermittent.
I send it to a German specialized repair shop and they fixed it for 350,-€. Car runs very smooth. Which is ok for me since now my wife is happy . I would like to thank all members for their most of the time very qualified input and astonished about some very deep knowledgeable people in this round. So i thought i report back what my solution was .... because feedback is the heart of this forum. Right ?

Feedback always much appreciated. It's always irritating to spend a lot of time trying to help with a problem and not even get a reply.
