Default parking brake light switch

Apparently, my brake light switch is failing. Warning brake light switch is intermittently coming on canceling cruise control. It is very difficult to get to it. Do I have to remove a driver's seat? I need any advice I can get.
thanks

I've only done this with the driver's seat out but that was co-incidence for working on the Seat Module and I didn't take the seat out specifically to change the Handbrake Switch.

The diagram from JEPC (Parts Catalogue) is the best I can find to show the Switch (item 3) and its fixings:

You should be able to get to it with the seat in place.

Sorry, missed the 'parking' brake.

OK, thanks for an advice. I had to take the seat out, but it was not difficult (despite 90°F). Switch is fixed.
