The Part Load Breather is a form of PCV Valve. It's a 3/32" orifice that vents the Crankcase Fumes to Intake Manifold Vacuum. It is located on the Front of the Left Cam Cover. The Connector can be released and a 3/32" Drill bit inserted to clean the orifice. Be careful not to drop the Drill into the Cam Cover.

A Plugged orifice can lead to excess oil in the Intake Air Duct.

It could result in Poor Performance but probably not stalling AFAIK.
