Depends on year, and (obviously) left and right sides are different.
HJA 5755CC & 5754CC
C2N 2998/7
GJA 1711 AJ & 1710AJ
C2N 2781 / 0

They are called "outer waist seals" and you'll be hard pushed to find decent ones "pre-owned".

Sit down before you look at the "new" price - it will make your eyes water.

They are aluminium so have a tendency to corrode, but are easily removed, and can be refurbished / repainted at very little cost.

If the paint is bubbling, it's a regular issue. Only in extreme cases is it necessary to replace the waist rails - refinishing is usually successful:

Keith has the early Dorchester Gray trim on his and I had the later Satin Black on my 2005 XK8. Mine looked atrocious when I removed them but they stripped and re-painted to look good as new.

Actually it is the rubber that it doesn't look like new anymore. I think there's no fix for that right?

The rails are an aluminium/rubber assembly which can't be dismantled. Normally it's the metal that gives the problems, not the rubber!

Recently found an XK8 in the local salvage yard. Got a complete set of inner and outer in perfect condition.
That was the best $15 I’ve spent there in a while. Anyway, you might have some luck taking that same route.
