parts from breaker
Saw this place posted on a fb page I follow and decided to check it out - looks like they have several XK8/R's they are parting out - could be worthwhile for those looking and prices on what I looked at seemed reasonable. If you are in Pennsylvania - might be worth a drive. If you click the see parts button below each XK - it will show parts available if it has been dismantled, otherwise search for specific part and it may say they need 24 hours to go pull

I'll try to drive up there sometime once the temperature is more agreeable to poking around car wrecks.
