just wondering if anyone could tell me what differences are there beside's compressionin the supercharged and non supercharged v8's, are they forged, Hypereutectic or cast ? and did they differ in the years ?,

Different pistons. They do not interchange. We built some aftermarket pistons with longer skirts. The originals had a problem with piston slap as they aged. The catch with ours is you will need to sleeve the cylinders.

 

thanx ken, i didnt really want togive it a full build yet,I just want tosee how an n/a engine can cope with some boost.
