Default Please help!!!

Hi I have a 2000 xk8 with air bag code Blink cod 52.
After purchasing IDS software, lap top and mongoose cable it says no communication with module.
I have replsced the module from a car that did not have an air bag deployment. Checked all fuses wiring and connections under seats and numerous grounds
The only lead I have is the DLC connector is only showing 4.3 volts at pin 3 which is a direct communication wire to the air bag module. (Which is the same voltage reading ad the original module.
I'm out of idea's please help if you can.
thanks

Spray some air into the receiver end by the tunnel and then some WD40 (small amount) and drive about 10 cycles and it should disappear.
Sounds crazy, but it fixed mine with same code.

The male end of the belt clip that goes into the left side of the seat and holds you in place on the passenger side.
They get crumbs and drink spills and effect the connection.
