Default Please Help! I have nothing to whine about.

In response to aprehension about problems with Jaguars. I have had my 2003 XK8 coupe for about a month.

With help from those on this forum I have been able to sort out a lot of items that would have come up for service eventually while still in warranty and have had follow through with warranty from dealer where every necessary step was taken for the repairs to be covered under warranty.

The cost of diagnosis at the dealer should the repairs not be a covered item has been far lower than the cost of my own time as I am not as efficient as a good wrench that knows the car, equipped with the right tools.

The cost of labor from the local dealer is heavy. The cost of parts from the local dealer is heavy. The level to which these parties stand behind their work is very high. The patience shown when I have watched customers complain about silly issues has been extremely good.

The support of new friends with the love of beautiful cars is great. I probably will need to second guess my own advice on choice of warrnty plans. Different subject, different day.

I am going to take advantage as owner of the firm and go for a mid morning drive. See ya!

Ah yes, but as the only employee of the firm we all get to go along!

That's my problem though. Last week I almost fired my *** for wasting too much time in here. Enjoy your drive!

I had the same issue, fired my staff, then had to let each sleep with my wife just to get them to come back to work. Talk about employee benefits!

How do you deal with the subject of sexual harrasment?

It's been so long. I forgot what the subject of her *** meant.

Is that a leak out of her *** (fart) or are you trying to tell me something about my AC system?

that's funny Steven... i'm sure I could relate the leak having something to do with the recent employee benefits being claimed, but i'll refrain from doing so. But I will chuckle.
