A few days ago, I was able to locate a link about cleaning the throttle body/maf and part load breather on a friend's computer.

I'm back on my own computer now and am unable to locate it.

I think it was provided by Mrtexasdan. I thought it was excellent.

My car is hesitating on takeoff, and this looked like a procedure which might
cure this problem.

Thanks guys... Ed

MrTexasDan's excellent tutorial was in an off-forum link to MaxPerformanceCars.com:

http://www.maxperformancecars.com/dm...Clean_MAFS.pdf

Another off-forum link to the throttle body cleaning is:

http://www.gusglikas.com/AutoRepairT...eBodyClean.htm

Dan, you still out there? Got the dent mobile fixed yet?

Matt, the link in our FAQ sticky no longer works.

Took care of that broken link, moved it to our free mediafire account - watch out for that ad popup

I was going to say go to the FAQ Sticky above and click on the link but that still doesn't work.

Here is the direct link to the off-site post:

I replaced the link before my last post...just tested it, and it worked for me on the download from the mediafire account. Unfortunately, I forgot there were TWO separate links...one under Engine, the other under Mass Air Flow Sensor (which by the way, at the posting of this message, did work..but I still relinked it to the mediafire account)

jaguarforums setup that free account to host files that are too large in size to hose on the forum server. Mods and Admins have been stashing files there since we created it a few months ago.
