Default Power Steering Leak

I've had a small oil leak for the short time I've owned my 1998 XK8, and I've had to add Power Steering Fluid.
I got under the car today to check out where the leak is, and it appears that the pressure hose coming from the bottom of the P/S pump and going to the rack is leaking. It's a foam covered hose and the foam is worn in one spot and saturated with fluid.
Has anyone had the pleasure of replacing this hose?
It looks like nasty job, so I was hoping for some suggestions to make the job easier (if that is possible)
Thanks,
Dave B.

I bought the hose of which you speak. But when I went to replace it, all that was wrong was the O ring that was in the conector at the attachment to the pump. I still have the new hose hanging in my garage mocking me whenever I go out there.

Lovemycar1,
I'd be pleased to take it off your hands and stop the mocking when you go in the garage.
Let me know if you want to part with it.

Hi there,

Do you happen to know the size of the o-ring for that fitting?

Thanks,
David
