Cool headrest not working

hello forum again, have another question again...both my headrest don't go up or down. one is up the other is down, is there any way i can jump the wiring to bring the up headrest down. i don't drive with them up so if i can bring the one down it would be ok......? ( driver side is up passenger side is down ).

The switch for the adjustment is the middle switch on the side of the seat control panel. If that is not working (a common failure), look in the DIY sticky for the relatively easy fix.

Smile Head rest fix

I watched the video and then fixed my head rest cable in less than 30 minutes. It's an easy job.
