want to know what could be causing a window power fuse to blow on a Jaguar XK8 (1999) convertible?

Pete, please tell us more about the circumstances.

when does the fuse blow?

if answer is switch, which one?

does it blow if you lower it raise windows with key in driver door?

which fuse are you replacing?

this is interesting since the windows are 1st protected by thermal relays that reset on their own.
