Quick seat answer needed
Hi all
A patient’s 2005 X Type blew his head gasket and he’s scrapping the car. Does anyone know if the leather from his front seats will fit my 1997 XK8 convertible?
He’s willing to give them to me if I remove them.

Probably not, switch pack wrong
Not having owned an X Type, I’m taking a guess here. Two things to look at
1. XK8’s seat switch pack is inside the bottom seat’s side leather, whereas X type’s is on the seat base
2. Is the X Type’s seat cover in 1 piece ie bottom squib and back all in 1?
