guys...i need to replace my radiator on my 01 XK8. what make and model jags are compatable? and where can i find a diy instruction to put it in. thanks

 

Checking the Parts Manual suggests no other Jaguar model Radiator also fits the XK8.

For the XK8, there's a number of P/N changes from early 1996 through to 2005 depending on VIN. Also the Normally Aspirated and Supercharged models have different Radiator P/N's.

Despite this, a number of aftermarket suppliers in the UK list the same Radiator as fitting all XK8 N/A 4.0 litre and 4.2 litre models. I'd expect you will find the same from US aftermarket suppliers.

it is possible to replace without disconnecting AC, just do it with care.

 

Falconworks Jaguar repair told me that their clients have had multiple failures over the years with non-Jag radiators in XKRs and 8s. I had them install a new stock unit.
