Default Radio and Nav won't work after changing fuel pump

I changed my fuel pumps, after putting everything back together the car runs fine but the radio and nav don't work.

The radio says "code" on the head unit but won't do anything.
The Nav turns on and displays the clock but won't display the map
No codes

My initial thought was I didn't plug something back in but everything looks ok, also both the nav CD player and the CD player power up, will eject disks etc. There are two unconnected connectors in the trunk. They are in the photo circled in red. I can't find any place where they would plug in.

The radio is asking for the security code. It should be on a business sized card in the documentation in the glove box. If it isn't there a dealer can get it for you but you will have to take the car ID and proof of ownership in. The Nav. system is part of the radio
