I have been trying to find rattles in my car but I have had no luck so far. The one in the back is the most annoying, it sounds like it's from the rear left and right hand sides almost like rattling glass but the windows are in solid. I taped down a clip that was loose in the rear wheel arch but that didn't change anything. Anyone know what to look for?

The handbrake shoe mechanism gets loose from a 'slack-cable' and can be noisy.
Try tightening the cable 13mm nut under the prop shaft to get the slack out and see if that fixes your 'rattle'.
Will do. Thanks.
Edit: I can't quite reach the tightening mechanism, is the cable meant to be a little loose? The ones that run from the brake drums. It's like a sleeve and I assume the cable runs inside it. I will have a look in the morning though because it's night at the moment. I might be trying to get to it from the wrong angle.

Internal valves in the rear shocks can break off and rattle around inside the shocks. The shocks continue to function normally. The fix is to replace the shocks. This rattle drove my wife crazy back in 2014 before we finally figured it out. The rattle could not be heard with the top down, but with the top up it was indeed annoying....
Hey, Team.
I had the same issue and it just about drove me insane tracking it down. It turned out to be a loose hard (metal) fuel line to the left of the fuel tank (looking from the rear) down low.
Gazza.

I will have to look at that. Are the lines under the fuel tank? are they easy to see and tape down? I couldn't see the fuel lines under the fuel tank because it's sealed off by the chasis. I did find a loose trim clip on the boot though so that may be it but it doesn't seem like it would be loud enough. I will give it a drive and see.

Rip out all of the liners from the boot including the vertical cover behind the petrol tank. Looking at the left side of the tank, you will see a fuel hardline running fore-aft near the bottom of the tank, nestled right down in the narrow valley between the tank at the fender arch. That's where I found my 'knock'. Took me bloody ages to find it.

I found the rattle, it turned out to be that little clip nub holding the carpet to the boot lid. Such a tiny little peice I could hear it all the way to the drivers seat even at speed and even with an aftermarket exhaust. I just taped it to the boot so it can't move around anymore.
^^ Did that metal fuel line pop out of its plastic brackets? Just curious regarding how it happened to come loose....
Hey, Jon. Correct. I popped it back in and cable-tied (zip-tied) it in place for insurance. Found a photo.
As per the OP's comments, any small loose object in the car sounds like someone hitting the car with a small hammer. Unbelievable how sound travels within.

Now would be a GOOD time to get a picture of the VCATS label. (or write all the info down?)
