Default Rear parking sensor problem

Just banged my rear bumper when reversing my 2011 Jaguar XJ. Fortunately not damaged the paintwork or bumper but the right hand sensor has pushed in just too far for me to pull it back.
Is it possible to get inside the bumper and repair it or is a new sensor needed.
Thanks Ian

Depends on the damage, a pic may help. Reach up inside the bumper and see if you can remove it.
