Smile Turn Signal Audible Output

Turn signal audible output not activating, turn signal activates fine just can't here it's audible output when switched on for left and right? What's up with that?

Perhaps the loudspeaker in the steering column has expired.

Wink Turn Signal Loud speaker location...

His vehicle regarding the attached link you sent me is a 1996 and the speaker is located in the steering column while my vehicle being 2002 XK8, the dealer today told me the speaker is located behind the dash?....

Don't all the status sounds go through that speaker?

Ignition off - move shifter towards reverse = Ping ping
Keys in ingition - open drivers door (ding ding)
headlights on - keys out of ignition (ding ding)

If I'm right, that'll show you if the speaker is working at all.

Did what you said, I got no ding ding. Is speaker in dash or steering column?

The Audible Warning Speaker is in the column cowl (#4 in the diagram Part # LXF2280AA) listed in JEPC.

Exactly, how do you know who to believe? You never do.... In many cases your forced to go find out for yourself and good luck with that....

Wink Jaguar ignition key cutting/coding

McGuire Lock & Safe - Kansas, locksmith named Josh cut keys for me and did the job right the first time. Must have correct chip in your key that directly matches your model vehicle / make or the newly cut key will fail after the dealer attempts to program it. $87.50 for programming 3 keys at dealer.
