Default Rear windows opening when operating front windows

I have a problem with my 2003 XK8 Convertible, yesterday since the two months of ownership the rear windows are going down anytime you work the front windows. To bring them back up I have to start a top down procedure and stop it half way to be able to raise windows up after top locks down. Now I have to drive with the front windows closed if I want to keep the rear windows up. These two systems are supposed to be completely separate so I don't know why this is happening.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oz, I waited all day to see if anyone else has had this problem, guess not.
Time to try a reset with a battery disconnect.

Put everything in place and take the negative off and positive off, hold together for 30 seconds and reattach.
See what happens.

I had/have the same issue. Never tried the full reset, but ended up adding a switch as explained in below video because I wanted to be able to raise the rear windows with the top down to reduce air flow in cabin with top down. Switch works great, but didn't make as much of a difference wrt air flow as I hoped. However I can raise the rear windows anytime without having to open/close the top.

Thanks Theo, I had this problem two days in a row but it went away. Still drove me crazy 😧. I'll check out this video as a backup in case it happens again.
