What kind of warranty are they giving you on the work? We have all seen and heard of work that looks good when alone and six months/year later it looks like hell...

Well it's done, the final price was $500 which the other guys insurance paid for and the rental car. It's Victory Auto Body and Paint, both Progressive and Victory have a lifetime warranty on the work as long as I own the car. It looks like new and they even detailed it for me!

Congrats. You came out smelling like a rose on that deal.

I got rear ended a little over a year ago. (not my Jag) When it was all said and done it cost me well over $2000.00.

I'm glad it worked out for you, with no loss for yourself. But if I found out someone was DUI, I'd report him right away. There's no excuse for driving around after drinking alcohol. Take a taxi, or just skip that drink to start with if you know you'll be driving later on.

This time it was a small bump, but the next time?

Seems like you have let the driver off the hook regarding the DIU.

I would do the rest buy the book lest it bite you later.
