Default Relays

I may have a faulty quarter light relay. The one I have looks like the picture, but the ones available for sale on eBay look just like it, except the number 260 is totally different and variable...same Jag and Siemens numbers surely means the same part, but any ideas on the variability of the other number?

Just curious. Thanks.

Jaguar used relay LNA 6705 AB on X300, X100 and X308 from 1995 to 2006. Given the JLR P/N and the manufacturer (Siemens) is consistent, it seems likely the additional numbering references manufacturer's production batches ........

Thanks, that seems a likely explanation.
