Default Replacing cats and prices

Hi all
Looking to replace my cats but am a little bemused on the price range £1300 for 200 cell from Dave or £89 off the internet . Ime a great believer in you pay for what you get so am leading to buy the upgrade ones ,but £1k difference!
What are your thoughts
Shaun

£1300 seems a bit stiff, personally I would buy either second hand or those cheap ones as long as they don't affect performance or more importantly the ECU.
At that price you can afford to do them every 2-3 yrs?

Check if any aftermarket catalysts from the Internet meet local requirements such as MoT as they may not be legal to install.

If you're sure they need replacing (are you?), I'd be tempted by used ones I think, as some cheap aftermarket may be OK for just ... er, a few weeks?

The OE ones seem REALLY good. Very durable.
